Analysis and Due Diligence

Once we find a property that meets our investment metrics and our offer is accepted; the property is professionally inspected and we meet with our contractors to put together a scope of work and budget

Purchase

After closing on the property, we obtain insurance, turn on all utilities needed and deposits are paid to the contractors to purchase materials and start work

Renovation

We bring all major mechanicals up to code and in working order, ensure the foundation is solid, make some upgrades and get everything ready

Sale

Conduct extensive market research to determine sales price. Sell the property, pay our investors back and start looking for the next one

How long does it take to get my money back?

Every deal is different, but we aim to return all capital invested plus interest within 4-7 months

How do I know my money is safe?

While no returns are guaranteed, all transactions and agreements are recorded by an attorney. For everyone’s protection; an attorney will ensure a clear title and provide a deed of trust and mortgage note where applicable.
